Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia Eagles coach Chip Kelly on Monday said Nick Foles is still not ready to return from a fractured clavicle, leaving Mark Sanchez as the starting quarterback for Saturdays game against Washington. Foles has been sidelined since suffering his injury in a Week 9 game against Houston. He was expected to be sidelined for 6-to-8 weeks and Kelly on Monday said tests revealed that the bone has not fully healed. Hes not cleared, hes out this week, Kelly said on Monday.
