FRANKFURT - Germany and Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has been ruled out of action for 10 to 12 weeks with a left knee injury.The German football federation said in a tweet that an MRI scan conducted Wednesday in Munich revealed that Ozil had a partial outer ligament tear in the knee joint.Earlier, the federation said Ozil had the issue with his knee when he joined up with the rest of the squad for Germanys upcoming European Championship qualifiers. He missed Wednesday mornings training session and travelled instead to Munich for the scan.Andre Schuerrle also missed Wednesdays early training session.
