On Monday, Nelson spoke publicly for one of the first times since announcing his retirement from football earlier this spring Jimmy Graham Color Rush Jersey , revealing his plans for a return to Wisconsin.Nelson appeared on WIBW in Topeka, Kansas on Monday afternoon’s local news telecast, and revealed that he and the team have been working on plans for his return. That plan involves signing a ceremonial one-day contract, and will take place sometime during the Packers’ training camp in August.Here is a clip of Nelson’s appearance on the newscast:The Packers drafted Nelson in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft, and he played for the team for ten years before being released in the 2018 offseason.
